“After years of struggling with my weight, suffering from constant digestive disturbances,
dealing with debilitating anxiety and exhaustion, and experiencing a serious equestrian accident that left me at home for a year, I finally decided to embark on my wellness journey. It was time to let go of who I thought I was and to finally acknowledge and act on my intended purpose. That purpose is to assist others with their wellness journey and show them that there is a better way. Why?....because I believe every person is born with a divine right to optimum wellness, a wellness that is not just physical, but also emotional and spiritual. My wellness journey still continues today and I look forward to every part of it.”
I am a graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, the recipient of CSNN’s 2005 Award of Excellence, and a member of the IONC. I am also a graduate of the International Institute of Iridology and a practicing Holistic Iridologist as well as a Certified Healthy Breast Practitioner and Breast Cancer Coach. I have successfully provided sound and effective holistic nutrition counseling and iris analysis for both humans and equines. I am confidential, accurate, and professional in my consultation services.
Registered Holistic Nutritionists (RHNs) are professionals trained in Natural Nutrition and complementary therapies, whose principal function is to educate individuals or groups about the benefits and health impact of optimal nutrition. To date there are just under 2000 RHNs around the world. RHNs institute preventive health care programs in private practice or working with other health care professionals. The services of an RHN are currently covered by RWAM and Co-operators, however any client who has insurance is encouraged to seek coverage from their insurance companies as many receive coverage from companies not listed above.
I am a deeply committed holistic health practitioner, who is very enthusiastic and dedicated to her clients and practice. This comes from my strong belief in the power of natural nutrition. My goal is to empower my clients through education while guiding them through their journey to wellness.
